Terrible customer relations from Tony G! Have asked for numerous call backs and it seems he can't be bothered. I would highly suggest to find a different agent other than AAG!
Not only does AAG work to secure competitive pricing when they do a comparison quote, they work to secure the best coverage for your needs. I had an insurance relationship with another independent agent for nearly 30 years who never asked me the breadth of questions or pointed out why one coverage offer was more valuable to me than another. I'm on my second year of coverage with them and they have been swift to address some changes that were needed. Glass coverage was super simple and handled online.

I have been with an agent Lisa Fuller. She is fantastic ! She educates us about insurance how and what has been covered and what is not. I have never met anyone like her. She has an integrity, and I highly recommend her.
Excellent communication, and quick responses to questions. The quote the set me up with was nearly $1000 cheaper than my insurance carrier / broker. Their price also included my motorcycle insurance in it as well. Grand total savings for me was well over $1300 bucks.
