AAG is able to compare rates with multiple Carriers to get me best coverage. The Staff is responsive and professional whenever I have needed them. I very much like that the Owner Tony “G” is actively involved in making our Community a better place.

I am very disappointed in the support i have received from my representative Terry. I have had to owe money i didnt know, i am in collections for something i thought was coming out with my car policy and the communication has been terrible. She advised me to do something when i bought my house and i was comfortable with that and then came back and said i had to switch my HOA to Erie who she originally said would not take my townhome on, but a month later comes back to say if i don.t switch it to erie i lose a credit on my c... read more

Terrible service from the owner "Tony G" would recommend you taking your business elsewhere. I have reached out multiple times for a return call from Tony. Can't be bother as it seems he would like to pawn his work load and customer off to his employees. He's more interested in being a politician than taking care of his customers and updating them when issues and changes are about to come. Wish he would let me transfer my Erie Business coverage over to Wessel Insurance agency who holds my residential Erie policies. The... read more

Not only does AAG work to secure competitive pricing when they do a comparison quote, they work to secure the best coverage for your needs. I had an insurance relationship with another independent agent for nearly 30 years who never asked me the breadth of questions or pointed out why one coverage offer was more valuable to me than another. I'm on my second year of coverage with them and they have been swift to address some changes that were needed. Glass coverage was super simple and handled online.
