My parents and I have been coming for 15 plus years to AAIGOT to do our tax return. This year we tried to come and do our taxes and they turned as around as we did not have an appointment. Funny thing is that there was plenty of employees and no customers. It was very disappointing to be treated this way after being clients for years. It is sad that you think they are here to help the community and then to be treated this way is sad. I will not ever be returning here for any services.
At first it was great service for homeowners insurance as there was communication. Months later I find out that they they never communicated to my mortgage lender about the change of insurance. I have sent multiple emails and no response. Just crickets, very disappointed that there is no respect to the clients.
