I needed new car insurance as my old agency was no longer contracting with the insurance I had. I only had until 6/22/24 to get new car insurance, and after contacting my previous insurance company, I wasn’t able to renew through them. I found Action Insurance Agency online, and Brad made the process to get new insurance as easy as possible. He was a great help in adding my fiancée to the same policy.
I sent an email and that very next morning Brad got back to me over the phone and had me all set up with everything I needed in no time! He answered my questions before I had to even ask them, and the price couldn’t be beat from my shopping around! Huge thank you again, Brad and company! 😊

We started working with Brad Flory a couple years ago. Since working with Brad, we have been very happy with the insurance options he has provided. In addition, Brad and his team go above and beyond, providing excellent customer service.
I’m pretty disappointed considering all the positive reviews. I made a call on Tuesday morning for an auto insurance quote. All goes well giving my info and I’m told I will get a call the next day. The next day goes by and I get no call. I rationalize thinking maybe they are really busy but also understand when someone isn’t interested because it shouldn’t take that long to get an auto insurance quote.
