Amanda and the other receptionist at the front are extremely rude. Amanda didn’t even seem like she wanted to help and the other one was online shopping. When Amanda called back with the price she gave no effort at all to tell me what agency, what they will cover, or at the very least ask for my email to send me all of those details & to know what we are paying for. I was the one who gave her my email and still haven’t even received it. We did get a lower rate than other places but will not be going with AI.
I have been with Advance Insurance for over a few years now and I can say I'm highly satisfied with their service. I always recommend them to any of my colleagues and anyone else who is looking for great pricing on insurance and customer service.
Been with this compancy for years, was wanting to find a cheaper policy and was told someone would return my call...never heard back form anyone. i called back and was told walkins came first. It had been 24 hours since i called. I feel they are to busy sitting around talking to each other to take care of their long time customers. Taking my business to someone who values their customers... Horrible service!!!!!!!
