Waited a month for a quote. Responded to their email and another month later still no response. Have called several times with no call backs. Spoke to Teresa 3 business days ago and she said she would call me back.... still no call back. Clearly a poorly managed company!

Excellent service and expertise with my various policies. They assisted me with understanding the ins and outs of insurance while purchasing my first home. The team also supported me in finding a short term policy for health insurance when I was transitioning with my employment. I appreciate their patience with the many questions I have and never shy away from looking for more information to match me with the policies that best fit my need, rather than feeling rushed to buy coverage I don't need.
Incredibly rude staff - Simply asked why my plan was being sold and what changes to my coverage were being affected by this. Instead, I got told by Theresa "We don't have anything to do with it, we don't know - You have to call CFM." Called the company that Advantage is listed as an agent for "CFM" based on the paperwork they mailed me and CFM points back at Advantage.
