We have full coverage insurance through progressive. We needed a towing companies assistance. We called 3 companies in our area (Ronceverte). All 3 companies told us no, We would have to pay up front. As they all refused to accept insurance by progressive due to progressive not paying them. Why do we pay a high cost insurance, monthly to get rejected by towing companies when needed ? Progressive you will have a lawsuit coming your way!
Friendly service and they have down to earth attitude and are very helpful with any questions or any issues that you may have. Willing to help in any circumstance.
