Dear Mr. Wilson, Your policy was not cancelled due to non-payment of premium. Erie refunded you any and all unused premium/overpayment that you were due on July 12th 2019. Your policy was cancelled by underwriting because per Erie’s Underwriting guidelines and company policy we do not insure vacant homes and you can only have one (1) address as your primary home.
