I decided to switch from a large insurance company to All In One based off of reviews from friends and colleagues. Spoke with a very nice young lady the other day. She doesn’t sell the insurance but her customer service was outstanding. Some buisnesses could take lessons from her. Customers should feel welcome and she did just that. Her willingness to strike up a conversation amazed me to.
