Lorena Caceres was great. Very professional, attentive and got everything done so fast. Made the process easy, quick and painless. Best part was that I didn't have to wait 2-3 days for the paperwork to be mailed to me. Everything was done electronically and digitally. I probably didn't even have to print the paperwork out. As soon as I got the email with the documents, I went right to the tax assessor office and they had me email the documents to them and that was it. I highly recommend them.
The person who assisted me was very specific in her instructions, patient and very professional, and helped me with the process with a very good attitude from start to finish. I am very grateful for the service they provided me. I highly recommend them.
Everything was seamless! I came in super stressed about my bonded title, but Allstate Bond changed all that! Customer service was 10/10 ! They explained everything to me and answered every question I had! The filling out documents and the process of the bond was pretty fast , and again seamless! Overall would highly recommend this place if you’re in a bond!
Highly professional, they got my bond quickly even though I submitted it the night prior and answered any and every question I had regarding it. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will use them again if I ever got through this title issue.
