Excellent customer service. Super fast response. I was able to get a quote & ID cards within an hour. Alton has a great team especially Edda who was took the time to go over our auto & homeowners policies in detail. Surprisingly enough, our premiums with SF ended up being much cheaper than Geico. Who would have thought? Awesome!

When I paid first time in office, they saved my card info and start to charge me automatically. I didn't see problem even I didn't approve or sign any document. After 1 year without claim or tickets they rise price but very smart because they didn't do to much and I didn't charge it that time but now... I received new offer with more than 30% increase with same car, no claim , no tickets... no sense at all but they didn't have any answer and I told them that I will not by new policy when my current expires and I will change... read more

I have e a life insurance policy here with Alton and I'd just like to say how much I appreciate that he helped my neighbor with some issues they had with a different agency in the Irving Park neighborhood.

When I first signed up for the policy everyone was patient & nice. Everything seemed simple & easy. Called today to make my second payment & found out someone in the office had set up automatic payments on my account even though I did not sign the documents that were emailed over to me. The Representative was rude & very defensive. I felt like I was having a disagreement with someone at a bus stop. Don't know who's fault is it but this agent is the one providing insurance from state farm to me and the only thing I've been seeing is my rates going up but I had it when I opened the last statement and saw $43 increase a month, when I called the office the person who took my call was very prepotent giving me only excuses and blaming on me the increase even when I asked her to tell me how is that my fault when the only claims where in the other drivers fault.
