I have been with Alton Williams insurance agency for about two years alongside with my father, and we have nothing but great things to say about them. They’re very attentive, they answer questions with the intention of providing knowledge and they are always open. I couldn’t ask for more. Are you looking for an insurance company to overcharge and under serve, Do you want to call in and no one is able to explain your policy or why it keeps increasing. Other than Alton who’s hardly ever In the office the rest of the staff is incompetent. They can’t answer any questions without contacting him first and basically are only qualified to collect payments. I have been with the company for years and I have had nothing but exemplary service! I periodically check my policies and everything is all good and I even like that when they see a price on another policy they do all the research to make sure it is comparable to the current policy and will call me to discuss!!! What other company does that???!!! I am definitely a lifer with Alton Williams Insurance!!!
