I took out a Home Owners Policy with this agent Kathy Koppelt. I had to go back twice for the same form, complete inconvenience. The insurance products they offer are not good. Expensive and will leave you under insured. Not a place to bring your business.
I've been with Nationwide since I was on my parents policy at 15 years old. I've had my policy since I turned 18. The last few years I've been extremely disappointed and am now moving on to a local agency.
Started off great a few years ago. Recently I had some questions that did not get answered, tried several times by phone and email. Ended up switching to a different insurance agent.
Been with them since day one! Great place for all your insurance needs
Never called or emailed any quotes. Did not get back with me at all on home owners insurance quotes.
