Great people at Arbs Insurance. But the Gainsco company is not the best I've had. Their website is horrible and not user friendly.
Out of four different insuance agents over the last 40 years. Doug Arb is the first to personally, not an assistant, work with our family. For years now, he routinely compares the best insurance carriers to meet our personal & business needs - often saving us money.
So not happy with the liability quote from Arbs today! The price given is unrealistic! So if it's true what the associate explained, "That insurance quotes were on the rise" then what do we have from our pay to eat off of!! This is absolutely insane!!
Doug is very rude and is taking advantage of my wife’s grandparents policy. I would never do business with this individual and people in this small town need to take their business elsewhere.
