I have been a customer for years and recently needed my home insurance renewal. Samyra Ocasio was supposed to help but instead I waited a long time for a call back. After failed attempts, she finally got in contact with me but my insurance already expired. Turns out, I was left hanging with no insurance after she reassured me it was going to work just fine. I am very disappointed in the customer service. Clearly my service has not been valued.
