Great customer service, the best rates, and when I call I know I will reach a live person!
Baldasari Insurance was excellent in converting our multiple policies from another insurance company that we were with for over 10 years. The service was fast, accurate and outstanding. What we like most is that when we call the office a person actually answers the phone. If we send an email, we either get a prompt email reply or a call whichever is most appropriate. We are happy with our decision to change insurance companies and very happy that we chose Baldasari.
This staff at this agency is very professional and efficient - I received my auto, umbrella and home quotes via email within hours (after I emailed them my old policies). It was all done by email. Further, they cut my auto insurance premiums by HALF, on the exact same coverages! Erie does not do business in the state of Florida and the national insurance companies do! Everyone is the therefore paying for Florida’s rising claims! NOT IF YOU ARE WITH ERIE.
