They dont send out for when your bill is due. When you go in they dont try to help and re charge you an activation fee. For what I just spent for a month payment I could go to geico. I have the most basic insurance, and I don't get towing. It's just minimum coverage and that's with full coverage insurance. They rip you off more then help. Never use them

A great place to get all your insurance needs met with great service and products. The owner Galen Golay is not only a long time friend and once a time ago, my dear underwriter, but also one of the people that will make you smile no matter what. Came in to simply get a quote and compare to our current insurance and consider switching over. The manager berated and threatened us when we decided their coverage was not for us. He continued this verbal abuse, even after I calmly pointed out his hostility and asked for respect. Highly unprofessional and rude, will not be coming back in or recommending their services. Some advice for the manager: the customer is always right.

These folks have my personal insurance. They found me the best price that I could find. They are friendly and Galen is as community-oriented as one might find. Support this organization and you are truly supporting the community in ways beyond money.

Very rude and disrespectful. Hangs up on you. Not willing to help. I don’t suggest going through here. Unfortunately I would have given them 5stars. But with the lady you have working there is causing your firm to lose business.
