Had a terrible experience with this agency. The agent that I dealt with was not professional at all. After I had added my husband to my policy so that I could drive his car, I had to call to cancel because his policy had automatically added me to his plan, and we actually did not need him on my plan for this vehicle. The reason why I wanted to add him to my policy instead of cancelling and going with his is because Erie insurance had been so great and I had used them for years. Mike and his staff are wonderful people! Mike was first able to help my fiance and I with our car, home , and business insurance. He was able to help us save a good amount of money. Then Mike helped me to understand life insurance and find a policy that fits my needs. As a young adult, it's nice to see Mike and his staff take the time to fully explain the policy and answer any questions I had. I can not recommend this team enough!!!
Mike and his staff are great! They offer the best line of products to make sure you are properly covered at the lowest possible cost without sacrificing coverage. As a public adjuster, I am familiar with the industry and the types of agents that are out there selling these insurance policies. Worst. Erie insurance is not here to do anything but take money. After 1 accident they looked for any reason to cancel me without a call to warn me. Almost lost use of my vehicle for 3 months because of them
