I was recommended to this company when it was under the name Bell insurance and it was handled much better back in 2021 than it is now. I added a child to my car insurance and a month after I had added said child to our car insurance policy, I was advised that they were back dating that added individual to the day they got their driver's license, despite the fact that that period of time where they were not under insurance, they were in basic training for the military. Josh was really great to work with. He made sure to explain everything in detail and worked with me to make sure my rate was great and maintaining the coverage I wanted. This company ,Josh Huff is a crook do not give him access to your bank account. He wrote a policy after telling me he could not write it because car was registered in Mo. He then proceeded to take payments for 3 years , when I contacted him , & asked for a copy of my signature he refused to refund the payments
Josh Huff is our new agent and got us a better deal than what we were getting from our previous insurance provider, which includes auto AND home insurance FOR LESS! He was very professional, super helpful and made it a fast and easy process to transfer over to Erie. I will definitely recommend him to my family and close friends.
I can't say enough good things about our agent, Josh Huff. It was easy and fast to receive a quote. He found us a better price than online companies with a lower deductible. We switched insurance and within a month got stuck in sand on vacation. I called Josh and he helped me contact roadside assistance for a tow. We had someone pulling us out within 30 minutes.
