I was recommended to this company when it was under the name Bell insurance and it was handled much better back in 2021 than it is now. I added a child to my car insurance and a month after I had added said child to our car insurance policy, I was advised that they were back dating that added individual to the day they got their driver's license, despite the fact that that period of time where they were not under insurance, they were in basic training for the military.
