Called to cancel policies 12/15 confirmed address to send refund checks. Called again end of December to confirm the address. Called again today to confirm where the checks were sent since I still have not received them. They were sent to the wrong address. I asked them to cancel checks and send them to the address that I had requested previously. When I asked for an ETA the representative got defensive as if my request was unreasonable.
