I've been with the Brown Agency for a few good years now. While I haven't met any of the agents in person, I will say they have definitely been pleasant and always helpful over the phone. I enjoy referring clients to their agency. They exceed meeting my expectations, and I'm always so quick to refer someone. Great rates, poor post acquisition customer care. Kevin was top shelf. Chaka not so much, hard to reach, lacks urgency to respond and prefers to communicate via text or email only. No interest of getting to know and ingratiating herself with clients that could have run for 30 years given relationships and lost referrals. Can't refer to circle knowing what they may experience after onboarding is complete.
I have been with Brown Insurance Agency for more than 20 years. We have had homeowners, auto and life insurance through them for that entire time. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. Their prices are fantastic, but more importantly, everyone associated with the agency is amazing to work with. They are attentive, caring, and always available to answer questions and help out their customers. I wish I could convey what wonderful people they are and what a pleasure it is to do business with them! Just the best!
