I have worked with CF O'Connell and Erie Insurance for the past fourteen years. Throughout this time, they have been supportive and provided excellent service. Recently, my circumstances have changed and Judy (my contact) has been highly responsive. Just today, I had an urgent need for a new policy for my daughter and she scrambled to complete it before our MVA appointment this afternoon. Thank you Judy! I have been with Erie for 20+ yrs, I think & it’s my first time dealing with a claim. The agent I spoke to, Mr. Paul, from the very beginning was so helpful. When the ceiling in one of my rooms caved in & I explained the situation to him he said you’ll be hearing from someone in a few minutes. Sure enough Ms Judy called. I have been a client under C.F. O'Connell & Sons Insurance for over 30 years. The staff has been nothing less than great, trained well to explain, and provide assistance thoroughly and with care. No need to shop around for insurance; very satisfied customer for a duration!!

I recently purchased a new car. I was able to reach my C.F. O'Connell agent immediately to make sure I was insured before I left the dealer, and she was also very helpful and efficient as I went through the process of cancelling insurance for my previous vehicle.
