Judy is the Rudest person I’ve ever spoken with on the phone, First I called multiple times trying to reach her for a quote. Until a man said he would make sure she called me back. and then she just changes your policy when you’re asking for a quote. She doesn’t want to work. Nor does she know how to talk to a customer. Worst customer experience. I was with Erie for 3 years. Never had a problem until Judy.
