Jayne, Dave and team have been amazing to work with for the last 15 years. They handle all of my business and personal insurance as well as several of my family members personal and business needs. They are always competitively priced and actively shop my policies at renewal. More importantly, when large or small claims or questions come up, I am not calling an 800 number and getting different answers from someone in a call center.
My experience with trying to get a insurance quote from Cantley Insurance has been very disappointing. I contacted Cantley Insurance by text for a quote one week ago today and answered all their questions. At that time I was led to believe they work my quote that day and get back to me. I waited a few days and never received my quote or any other reply..I called Aaron on the phone and was told he was on the phone and not available.
