Bryan was extremely helpful and found us a great rate! More importantly, Bryan took the time to understand our insurance needs and walked us through our coverage step-by-step. Bryan, from Capital Insurance has been wonderful to work with! From the moment we started communicating, he was always very responsive, explained everything in detail (sometimes more than once if I needed him too). Their quotes were above the best (we needed homeowners & auto) and actually included better coverage than the other companies I was shopping. He was very responsive to my many questions, worked hard to provide me with the best insurance rate, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. It's difficult to find this kind of customer service so it stands out when it is provided as it was with Bryan.

Understanding and dealing with insurance is easily my least favorite part about being an adult. Bryan makes it relatively painless. He will get you great rates and explain everything simply and concisely. I have worked with him twice now over the past 5 years on home and auto. The whole process is quick and easy and you're going to fare much better than if you did the research on your own. Definitely recommend!
