Bottom line first. When I switched my home and auto from highly rated Amica to highly rated Erie with Carl G Urian Ins I saved $1,000 annually. From Nathan (the newest staff addition) to Kristi to Carl I have always received immediate, accurate attention to my request. It's no surprise that this agency is first rate. Carl has been a popular and valued friend, citizen, and neighbor in our community for decades.
My mother in law for some reason liked and trusted Carl, but she passed away in July and it has been a nightmare working with Carl to get her affairs in order from him not adding and removing vehicles to her policies to canceling a paid in full home insurance premium without my wife's signed or written consent(she is the executor of the will) to starting a brand new home insurance policy without written or verbal consent and his response was the underwriter told me to go ahead and get it done. GET YOUR INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE BEST. A couple of years ago we were rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver. Erie insurance which they carry had us in a rental car in less than 24 hours, and my wife compensated for her chiropractics in less than 6 weeks. Oh yeah we got the car back in less than 7.
We have been very happy with Erie Insurance, and Carl Urian's agency in particular, ever since we signed up with them.
