My wife and I recently got married and Crystal Lee assisted us with our insurance policy. I was a bit hesitant to deal with them based on the reviews but she has been quick to answer questions and has been super responsive with any concerns we have had. We have no complaints. Keep up the good work.

They’d tell anything to earn your business and do nothing when you need anything! This agency meticulously taking advantage of the people who trust their network companies. Just switched to another agency with the same insurance company and I cant be happier!

If I could give this company, specifically Pamela Murphy, negative stars then I would. I was referred to them by a former customer who had used them for years before they moved out of the DMV area. I reached out requesting a quote and received an immediate response from Pamely Murphy asking for my information to run the quote, which I provided. We’ve had a great experience with Cascade over the past 6 years. We have a few property and auto policies through Erie Insurance with them. Everything went smoothly the few times we’ve had a claim with Erie. Their prices are competitive and service outstanding. They even picked up at 4:59, right before closing one time, ha. Whenever I call they are quick to answer any questions I have and can make personalized recommendations. They respond promptly by email if they don’t have the answer on the phone.

Don’t bother w these group. Waste of time. Had a quote from progressive and they say they can’t even quote progressive. Worried about my data being leaked too.
