I’m very grateful to Erie Insurance and Castle Rock. After the apartment I rented at Foxridge was destroyed by two fires in December 2025, they promptly processed my claims and provided reimbursement. While my losses exceeded the policy’s maximum coverage, I truly appreciate their support during this difficult time. The people I worked with throughout the claims and reimbursement process were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
We have been with Castle rock insurance in Christiansburg for over 40 years. The last time we filed a claim was probably 25 years ago. I had a fender/bender recently and had some questions about coverage. Having not dealt with this type of thing, I had no idea what I was doing!
