Everyone at CD Baker has always been very responsive and informative to my requests and questions. Every request has been handled promptly and professionally. In fact, although I currently live in Philadelphia now, I have not even considered changing insurance agents due to how reliable and professional you are at handling all my insurance needs. Thank you CD Baker for that.

If I could rate them any lower than one star, I would. An hour long phone conversation to add a vehicle, change address and provide necessary information. My wife asked to have her name changed. Did they update anything? NO. Did we move to another state without any coverage on the "added" vehicle? YES! I don't understand the lack of follow through. Multiple emails to me instead of my wife. Todd and the staff at CD Baker insurance have always been extremely helpful, courteous and professional over the past 20 years that i have been insured through them. They return phone calls quickly answer questions and are available at the time of loss to help you through the process.

I have auto and renters through this office. From the very beginning my agent, Chris, went above and beyond. He is always there to answer when I call and he cannot answer my questions, he finds the answer. I've been through many agencies and the products and customer service I reciere from CD Baker is absolutely amazing! I have, and will continue to recommend them.
