I have auto and renters through this office. From the very beginning my agent, Chris, went above and beyond. He is always there to answer when I call and he cannot answer my questions, he finds the answer. I've been through many agencies and the products and customer service I reciere from CD Baker is absolutely amazing! I have, and will continue to recommend them.
Look no further, absolutely the best broker. Can't beat the rates. Chris is my agent. A few years ago, my wife had back to back accidents after driving without incidents for 20 years!. We were non-renewed, it was our fault. Never held it against Erie. I've been counting down the days till we were eligible. This is key, Chris never turned me away. Always there to answer my questions even though I wasn't a customer. Chris is the most genuine caring person! Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!
If I could rate them any lower than one star, I would. An hour long phone conversation to add a vehicle, change address and provide necessary information. My wife asked to have her name changed. Did they update anything? NO. Did we move to another state without any coverage on the "added" vehicle? YES! I don't understand the lack of follow through. Multiple emails to me instead of my wife.
