Great experience from the first contact. We needed to bring our home and auto policies up to date with adequate coverage amounts and had many questions. Each one was answered expertly, in a timely and friendly manner. We now have far superior coverage but barely saw an increase in premiums. Chan made a process that can be overwhelming very easy.
