I had been a customer several years ago and was very pleased with the service I received, then I moved to another state. Then as I was planning on moving back I knew who to contact for my auto insurance. I also asked about renters insurance and both quotes were excellent. I am very pleased with the service I’ve received from the Chaney-Buskirk office in Fort Ashby.

We have been using Lisa at Chaney-Buskirk for a few years now. Originally I wanted a local company to handle our weekend house in WV, but now they have all of our insurance business. Lisa's service is top notch, a quick email and my policy maintenance is done. Great rates, but more importantly great communication and follow thru.
Always excellent service from friendly staff. We deal primarily with the Fort Ashby office. Two of my daughters who are married and live outside the area still use Chaney-Buskirk because they love how friendly and responsive the staff are.
