Chris has been fantastic to work with. He made the onboarding process really simple and clear and our young family feels well insured. We unfortunately had a car accident shortly after signing with Chris and he was really helpful throughout that process. Our car had the right coverage and it ended up not resulting in a financial burden to our family. We feel very confident with him after going through a real life event. Additionally, Chris has consistently been prompt responding to our questions, which we really appreciate.
Chris was amazing! Awesome customer service and nice to have someone local. I needed a policy done fast before my house closing and he wrapped it up for me basically same day, no questions asked. Highly recommend!
Chris was pleasant and professional in every one of our several interactions, and was able to answer every question I had (which was a lot), and then some. But if he didn't know the answer off the top of his head, he took a moment to look it up instead of making up an answer that sounded good.
