Excellent experience today with Paul Coleman agent at Colton and Dickie. He actually answered the phone. I was not needing to punch a bunch of buttons or spend endless time on hold listening to annoying music. I was calling to file a claim regarding an accident I had several hours prior. He was excellent in answering my questions and helped me to understand exactly what was involved. He was professional , competent and had started the claims process by the end of our conversation.
