Best car insurance I have ever had. Made payments affordable for me. Wouldn't have my car without them. I would never have been able to afford it. Not a line, they're not paying me. I love how they always look for the cheapest insurance for my situation. And they do it without me even having to ask. They let me know they found me and a cheaper insurance. Just up and out of the blue, surprising awesome.
This is a terrible auto insurance company. I had an accident on may 25th and submitted a claim. My car is still sitting in the towing place accruing fees. I have called and emailed common wealth so many times, they still haven't resolved the claim. Last time i spoke with their agent, they said the assigned adjust no longer works at this place. My claim was assigned to a new adjuster two weeks ago. Still i haven't heard nothing. What a terrible management 🙄
