Homeowners insurance expired, never received a renewal and could not renew because nobody would respond. Had no call back and emailed “Ben” numerous times. Called another place in New Bern and within the day had a quote and no issues. Goodbye Conway!

Front desk, very friendly! I wanted to get a new policy to make my Polaris side by side street legal. Jack something, didn't catch his last name, came out to assist me. I told him what I needed and the first thing he asked was if I had auto policies with him. I did not. He then told me the policy wasn't worth his time because he would only make 10 dollars. Made me feel like a nobody. If I had been treated with respect, just a little, I probably would have let him give me a price to switch. I really hope someone shares this ... read more

Unresponsive is putting it mildly, I have written, called and begged for an explanation of my bill. I have been a faithful customer for 50 years. I found out that I had no auto insurance by way of a fine from the State of North Carolina DMV in January, letting me know that my policy had expired and I owed them $50 per car for the lapse..Now we ALL know that the postal service has not been 100% spot on due to the election and pandemic, so I didn't receive my quarterely invoice. Been with them for over 20 years and they going to tell me,when I finish they will send me the rest of my money well they didn't.I had to borrow from someone to pay the people.I had to give my neighbor $350.00 because my tree branch hit there fence They sucks!
