Both Kim and Danny Cook have been kind, thorough and thoughtful. I would have given five stars, but there was a computer issue that held things up. Not the Cook's fault at all and just timing for when I called. Had been with Erie for close to 40 years when we left Pennsylvania and were told (by the PA location) that they could not carry us. We had two different companies prior to finally getting back with Erie that were very impersonal.
Danny Cook is very knowledgeable and responsive. I recently switched to Erie from a previous carrier, and very much appreciate all of the time he spent assisting me with the transition. Highly recommend Danny!
