Both Kim and Danny Cook have been kind, thorough and thoughtful. I would have given five stars, but there was a computer issue that held things up. Not the Cook's fault at all and just timing for when I called. Had been with Erie for close to 40 years when we left Pennsylvania and were told (by the PA location) that they could not carry us. We had two different companies prior to finally getting back with Erie that were very impersonal.

Danny Cook was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the request for insurance coverage for our new condo purchase in Southport, NC. He made the process seamless and was able to educate us on the finer aspects of what our needs should be and tailored those to us. We would definitely recommend Danny and his team for any insurance needs.

My former insurance agent stopped carrying my insurance and I found Danny Cook. He took me on as a new client. He was able to sign me up with the same company which made my life easier. I was upset and he calmed me down. He is very nice to do business with.
