There were a few individuals cussing up a storm when I first walked in and a lady dressed in pajamas. I left.
Our insurance agent DD, was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Above most understanding. Helped us do multiple things at once. Added another vehicle as well as got required documents, as well as notary needed for DMV. Great location and next to DMV. All the agents at this location very friendly amd assisted each other.
Went in and Dede helped me. She had absolutely some of the BEST customer service I've experienced with this company. Was fast, friendly, and fun to talk to! She found the perfect insurance in my price range. I recommend C&R insurance for anyone looking for affordable insurance and highly recommend Dede for the best customer srvice experience.
All of the ladies are so helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for us and our company! Amber and Megan are my go to girls that help me on a daily basis. You will not be disappointed with them.
Paid every six months but was not notified in time to renew. Offered renewal at $75 when I was paying $32. Total scam!
