Went in and Dede helped me. She had absolutely some of the BEST customer service I've experienced with this company. Was fast, friendly, and fun to talk to! After today's events I just about had my dad demolished by a very impolite insurance agent from this company but located in another city. I was overwhelmed and confused as to why I was being harassed about a claim from 2 years ago and being told I need proof from that incident otherwise my policy will be cancelled...
