Michelle is fantastic! She walked me through the whole process of getting signed up for Medicare and figuring out which plan to take. It would have been a nightmare without her. She explained everything to me as many times as I needed, and quickly responded to my emails when I had questions.
When we moved to TN we literally Googled insurance agents. We found Bill Loran as a Christian agent and although he was an hour away from our new home, his quote for insurance for our home, cars and umbrella policy beat that of the local agency by many hundreds of dollars! He is thorough, honest and is available to answer any questions.
