I just moved to the area recently from Florida and was in need of a new insurance agent. I was VERY fortunate to have contacted Cumberland Insurance. I have always been a believer in good insurance and more importantly a GOOD agent. Never buy insurance directly from the carrier, it cuts out the agent to save you a dime and you lose out BIG time on the service you should receive. Was working with Paula in the Cookeville office and she ghosted me. I recommend you find another Insurance Agency that is more responsive and actually does what it says it will do. I am very disappointed agency, particullary Paula does not. I recommend you look elsewere.

Recently called looking to get a quote on home insurance. Spoke with Dan who seemed a bit agitated at first. Continuing into the conversation when asked for my ss # I expressed concern about giving it over the phone. He explained that any insurance I called would need this and before I could even get another word out he hung up on me. This is very unprofessional and rude. I will not be calling back.

Not only give me a chance when nobody else would, but I have sense proven myself and my rates went down even lower!
