The customer service is great! But I been a customer for 25 plus years! One at fault Collison in 25 years. A few deer of course and maybe a hail damage claim. But my insurance goes up another 200 dollars for no reason!!! They are ripping people off!! Already pay a lot of money and now more. 200.00 every three months also!! Crazy!! Highway robbery!!! Now they are kinda of telling me, that a collision I had that wasn’t my fault could cause the increase. The other took Blame!! Be careful !!

They are always willing to listen and provide guidance during the insurance quote and claims process. As a 25+ year member for both home and vehicle insurance, I highly recommend their services.
They falsified documents of my driving record to increase my rates, also they are not very observant; I had a dui on my record for years before they had seen it and the minute they did they dropped me with no warning I had to call them to figure out. Very unprofessional and hard to contact with
