The customer service is great! But I been a customer for 25 plus years! One at fault Collison in 25 years. A few deer of course and maybe a hail damage claim. But my insurance goes up another 200 dollars for no reason!!! They are ripping people off!! Already pay a lot of money and now more. 200.00 every three months also!! Crazy!! Highway robbery!!! Now they are kinda of telling me, that a collision I had that wasn’t my fault could cause the increase. The other took Blame!! Be careful !!

As a Cumberland Valley Insurance member, I have always enjoyed excellent service when using Doug Harnish and Barbara Coons. They are always willing to listen and provide guidance during the insurance quote and claims process. As a 25+ year member for both home and vehicle insurance, I highly recommend their services.
They falsified documents of my driving record to increase my rates, also they are not very observant; I had a dui on my record for years before they had seen it and the minute they did they dropped me with no warning I had to call them to figure out. Very unprofessional and hard to contact with
