I delt with A Kimberly Brewer and she was extreamly rude, I would never let an employee speak to customers the way she does over the phone. She should be fired or taught proper phone ettiquete. Theres no excuse for that. Kimberly Leigh Brewer. I have also caught her falsifying records.
The customer service is great! But I been a customer for 25 plus years! One at fault Collison in 25 years. A few deer of course and maybe a hail damage claim. But my insurance goes up another 200 dollars for no reason!!! They are ripping people off!! Already pay a lot of money and now more. 200.00 every three months also!! Crazy!! Highway robbery!!! Now they are kinda of telling me, that a collision I had that wasn’t my fault could cause the increase. The other took Blame!! Be careful !!
