Inquired about homeowners insurance. Gave the agent all my info. Was told I'd hear back the next day. Never received that call. Guess they aren't interested in my business. Edit for reply - I assure you it was your office. I have the number saved in my phone with a 10min call history. Do better next time.

Very poor self/emotional control with the staff! Disclosing your last name for a call back isn't necessary, when first name and phone number will suffice. I called to speak to Doug and was asked my name. I said David and gave my phone number. As the clerk asked my last name I said I didn't see how that was relevant. As NO OTHER CLERK I've previously dealt with has asked me that before. She laughed at me and we hung up. I finally received a call back from Doug. Every experience with the team has been awesome. Connie always goes the extra mile to explain options in a kind helpful way. They have helped me stay current with timely reminders. David has a GREAT team!

My husband and I have been customers of the David Pendleton Insurance Agency for many years. David and Connie have provided excellent customer service that gave us much peace in our situations usually car accidents. We love Erie Insurance as well as David. Connie and staff.

Best insurance company I have ever had. Been with David since late 1980 when he 1st started in Colonial Heights. Office staff is always greeting with a smile. Very easy to communicate with. Wouldn't have anyone else but Pendleton Insurance.
