Best insurance company I have ever had. Been with David since late 1980 when he 1st started in Colonial Heights. Office staff is always greeting with a smile. Very easy to communicate with. Wouldn't have anyone else but Pendleton Insurance.
When I have a question or need to amend my insurance, they always do it in a very professional manner.
Best insurance company! I generally don’t leave many reviews, but I felt as though the treatment that we receive from the company constitutes leaving one! Our agent, Vince, has went above and beyond several times for us, and he is always so friendly, helpful, and appreciative. Truly an awesome place to conduct business!
Wow! Connie is amazing. We called her at 4:50 pm this evening. She treats us like family!!! We had a pipe burst! She sent out a great guy Michael with Rainbow Resturation. He arrived at our house within the hour. We are on our way to getting our water mess cleaning up tomorrow.
I highly recommend David Pendleton & Associates. Vince has always been there for us whenever we have a question. He is very prompt to getting us an answer or to get us what we need.
