This group of folks really cares. I’ve had insurance through this company for as long as I’ve been able to have insurance and same for my parents. Everyone is always extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, and they are very efficient at what they do. I’ve never had a negative experience. I cannot recommend a better group of folks to work with.
I both enjoy the personal service form the staff and the rating of Erie Insurance. To date, I have not needed to file a claim except for a chipped windshield and that was handled effortlessly.
