I was primarily shopping for a more reputable insurance company, not lower insurance rates, but Kara was able to save me about $200/year on combined home, auto, and umbrella policies - along with improved coverage - from Erie, one of the best carriers. Kara was very courteous, not pushy at all, did a thorough job of researching and explaining the coverages and options to me, and overall made the switch as seamless as possible for me.
