Kara was great and so easy to work with. She took her time with us and went over every detail. She never made you feel rushed and made every question we had seem important. Insurance can be confusing but with her expertise, we felt that we now have coverage that we can sleep soundly at night with but the assurance that we aren’t paying for anything we don’t need! Thank you so much for your patience with us as we explored our insurance options.
We dropped into Derek's office after several years of poor service from our previous agent. Janice was so impressive in setting us up with new coverage. We had such cheap insurance for 15 years with our old agent, hince why we stayed so long. Janice was able to save us over 1100.00 a year all together. With better coverage too. Kara is AMAZING. We had been paying atrocious amounts in car and home insurance with another agency and she came through saving us an unbelievable amount on our cars and home each month with BETTER coverage. Highly recommend giving her a call if you believe you're paying too much.
