Janice was friendly and helpful. We were doubtful I’d be able to find a policy as good as I had with another provider at a lower price point but Janice did a fabulous job searching and came back with a great deal. She also offered helpful insight and suggestions that contributed to finding a good policy and rate.

We found Kara at Derek Wiley Agency to be extremely customer focused. With other insurance agencies we have sensed that we were important so long as we represented the next step towards a sales goal.
