We worked with Kara to find us auto and homeowners insurance after selling our homes and buying a new house this month. Kara is kind, courteous, and 100% knows her business. Kara was great and so easy to work with. She took her time with us and went over every detail. She never made you feel rushed and made every question we had seem important. Insurance can be confusing but with her expertise, we felt that we now have coverage that we can sleep soundly at night with but the assurance that we aren’t paying for anything we don’t need! Thank you so much for your patience with us as we explored our insurance options.
Kara was wonderful to work with. She helped us move our auto and homeowners policies and saved us money. Kara made the process easy and helped complete all the paperwork to change companies. I appreciated her help and knowledge in reviewing our policies to see where we needed to consider making changes.
Kara was quick to answer any questions and make the transfer to a new carrier easy. We saved a significant amount over our previous provider. We will never shop for rates online again but always call them instead.
We dropped into Derek's office after several years of poor service from our previous agent. Janice was so impressive in setting us up with new coverage. We had such cheap insurance for 15 years with our old agent, hince why we stayed so long. Janice was able to save us over 1100.00 a year all together. With better coverage too.
