Derik at Erie has always tried to help. Rates go up not his fault. I still like working with a company I can walk into and speak to someone in front of me and not always on the phone. I had a wreck and he had me set up in 15 at the wreck site before I left with a rental and a place to take my truck.

We have been purchasing insurance with Derrick for over 3 years. He has the best insurance products and he is very professional, reliable, and quick to response. When we get caught up with work and needed help with documents, he was there to help and fax the document for us. When we needed a new policy in a short notice, he was able to get it done with no delay. He cares about his clients. Highly recommend!

I would rate one star if I could! I had coverage on my car when I requested a quote online! The email that I received said that someone would contact me shortly! That was on February 29th, why have I never received a call??? Then I call today to get insurance and he tells me that I cannot get insurance due to my insurance policy ending! It was active when I originally reached out to you, but I can’t get coverage with your company due to you slacking? It is NOT my fault that you can’t do you job in a timely manner!

old saying, Ins. is only as good as your agent. How true. If you want someone you can trust and tell you the truth and save you money, then you can't go wrong with Derrick. Professional, good quality, responsive and willing to help the best ways possible.
