Derrow Insurance was founded in 1969 in Wellston, OH by John L. Derrow. In 1984, his son, John S. Derrow joined the agency, eventually becoming president. In 2014, third generation family member Andrew Derrow joined to carry on the legacy. The agency was located in downtown Wellston until 2018, when Derrow Insurance purchased Waugh Insurance, eventually moving to the present location just a few blocks away. We are a full service agency offering auto, home, life, and business insurance.

Insurance I had insurance through this place for about 3 years. They werent always easy to get in contact with. They werent always the friendliest bunch. In the 3rd year it was time to renew and they sent my check back saying they decided they no longer wanted to carry me.............which really left me in a panic because I had NO insurance. I really thought that was wrong, no real reason for it either. I wouldnt recommend.
