I signed up for coverage with Don Atwell and Associates, LLC in January for $3733.74. I cancelled a week later and immediately asked for a refund. Three months went by with no refund until I got Don Atwell himself involved. He dragged his feet but finally agreed to send a check in June, six months after I cancelled. When the check arrived, it was only for $2092.81 and he accidentally included a breakdown showing that was just the actual cost of the coverage.
