I've been with this group for over 25 years (way back when they were located in Clarksburg under the name Emerald Financial). We have always had a good experience with Erie even through a couple of claims (life happens)! Would recommend this agency and Erie to family and friends.

I typically don't leave negative feedback but I felt it is necessary. I just purchased a new car and needed to remove the insurance from the old car and add the new car to the policy. We have been with this insurance for over 13 years for cars and home. I had 3 agents asking for the vin and what date I purchased the new car. On 8/9/2021, I called the office to followup the status of all paperwork and any information needed for the new car (after 3 weeks); and they transferred me to Susan.
