I don't like leaving feedback like this to a small business but everytime I have got ahold or called for something im being treated with an attitude and no respectful customer service skills. I just left finally because paying over 350 dollars is outrageous. I get im young but i have the same policy now with a new insurance company and saving now 80 dollars...
I have Erie Insurance for over forty years and half of that with Drake Insurance. With Drake I have had auto, home , and business insurance. The couple of claims I filed through Drake could not have been any smoother. No matter who you deal with at Drakes or what your concern may be, they do their darnedest to help you out and alleviate any concerns. Drakes gets an A+ in my book.
With Drake and Erie for many years of outstanding coverage and service - the best there is.
