I have been with these guys for year for business insurance. I had to move on to a different company. They do not respond when needed , now my business is getting letters for lawsuits because they did not pass along information to my insurance company to deal with .
I have been with Drass Insurance for so many years I can't remember how long it has been. They have handled my business insurance without any problems. Always get back to me in emails or phone calls. I read others reviews on here and can't believe them. I have sent other contractors there and they love them. Great agency. Highly recommended.
Stay away from this company. They sold me a home policy and 3 months after they requested i do repair to roof i did the repairs and i sent them proof after that they changed their mind and want me to replace the whole roof in order to keep the policy active. Why did you send me a letter then asking me to get roof inspected and repaired then deny my active policy unless i replace the roof my self. Bad business waste of time.
If I could give zero stars, I would! I've had Drass for commercial insurance for 4 years, the company recently went up on my policy for no reason (no accidents and no claims) without notice. they also sent out my billing information 2 months after the renew date and expect me to pay the increased rate. the ladies i spoke with was unprofessional, nasty, had no understanding and no consideration for their delay in sending out the invoice late and for the increased rates.they took no responsibility for their mishap. they had a... read more
This agency was supposed to renew my homeowner's insurance policy 2 months ago and dropped the ball. Next correspondence was from the insurance company stating my policy had expired. Phoned and emailed Drass numerous times and never received a response
