The worst agency I've ever dealt with. They have terrible service and no follow up. Tried to cancel a home owners policy for months with them to no avail. Now I'm left dealing with traveler's ins myself . They are great at take your money but you get nothing for it. They don't have your back.

Went in yesterday for insurance after calling ahead of time. First, the girl who I spoke with on the phone was somewhat rude. I asked her name since it wasn't provided when she answered.
