I just got off the phone with someone, she literally stopped talking to me because I said my current auto rate was better but was asking question for home owners and she ignored and hanged up after few seconds. that was rude and bad customer service.

Fred is outstanding to work with - very knowledgeable and explains everything in easy to understand terms. BEWARE: Donius Patterson Insurance will arbitrarily extend your home policy beyond its expiration date - without your consent - and then threaten to send you to collection if you don't provide them a copy of the competitor's insurance policy that stole their business. I have a hard time believing this practice is legal. Donius Patterson will then follow up on your review and tell you that extending an expired policy is normal, even though they told you over the phone that it is more common for insurance companies to stop ... read more
