I recently worked with this office and highly recommend them! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Their professional team efficiently guided me through the TLC application and found affordable car insurance, patiently answering all my questions. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued and they were always responsive. My experience was outstanding!
They puted sign in sheet specially in January and February month but people came after you and then jump behind the counter then get there work done and left and you standing there couple of hours.They need more training to improve there customer service.
Stay away from this broker.. I did paid 3 cancellations fee for their fault… Also I can’t work more than 1 weeks for insurance issues.. They are taking my tlc plate processing more than 4 months but I did pay my tlc insurance every month… Thanks for your service guys..🙏
