Mason and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. They have been consistently supportive throughout the entire insurance process. Each and every time I call, I am able to speak with a member of their team and my questions/concerns are addressed immediately. I’ve been with Family First since 2023. They have always been responsive and helpful when I call. During the 2026 enrollment period, along with health insurance, I also needed dental and vision. Sandy was very knowledgeable in helping me determine which medical insurance would be most beneficial to my 2026 needs, along with getting me enrolled in vision and dental.
