I have had the most pleasant and positive experience working with Sandy. She goes above and beyond for each of her clients and looks after everyone as if they were her own family. I can not express in words the relief she has brought to my mind by going through each policy until we found the perfect one for my needs with an affordable cost and coverage that is better than any Insurance Plan I have had in the past. Thank you again Family First Insurance, they truly treat you like family.

I highly recommend Family First. Mason and his staff have been great. My wife was recently in a car accident and they have been very supportive. I could give several examples. But one that really sticks out is. It was recommended that I look online for the cost of our car in our area. I then called the other insurance company and asked would they consider giving us more for the payoff. They agreed and gave us an additional $1200. If don't know just ask, Family First will guide you and make recommendation.

When I was looking for health insurance for my husband, someone on the local Facebook group recommended FFI on that page. I called and came in. Ms. Sandy helped me find the best plan for my husband. When I have any questions, I email her, and she responds quickly. I really like Ms. Sandy; she's excellent, very friendly, and has great customer service. I highly recommend Ms. Sandy to others.
