Matt got me all set up over the phone and took the time to shop around and find me some good insurance that I could afford and mason got me all set up in office and took my payment and even got me a cheaper payment than I was told before they are very nice helping people if anyone needs insurance I would recommend them 💯 percent

I called Family First Insurance because I kept getting their flyer in the mail and I had not been happy with my current agency who I had been with for over 25 years so I gave them a call and I got Ashley Tyner and met with her the same day; she was very nice and knowledgeable and I ended up switching to them 2 days after I met with her and she has been so helpful in making this transition
