We were shopping for a new insurance and having difficulty getting our current agency to respond in a reasonable time. I called Mike Feeney and have a quote within two hours. On additional follow-up questions, he was extremely responsive. Hopefully insurance is something you never need to use but it is nice to know that he will be there if you need him. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE CALLING THIS OFFICE ABOUT ANY QUOTES. I would HIGHLY recommend not talking to the Feeney Agency about an insurance policy and I will explain why. The very first time I talked to Michael via email and asked for an AUTO QUOTE, I received a large quote through email for auto and renters insurance. I did not have a single discussion with him about a renters quote but he assumed I would not notice the renters portion on the quote. Great service. Great people. Great prices. Great results! We had used a different agent for years and once we switched, we were so pleased. Mike and his staff really care about their customers, work hard to find the best coverage for your unique situation and are always available by email or phone. If I have to wait until the next day for a reply it's usually only because I contacted them after business hours!
